Students who have an interest and passion for advanced studies in construction management areas. Engineering majors and architecture majors are the primary candidates we are seeking. The MS CM program is a thesis based option and the students complete a research project and thesis in attainment of their degree. Students must complete a minimum of 24 credits of coursework, 6 credits of research, and a 1 credit seminar course. The MCM program is only offered on-line and is primarily composed of 30 credits of coursework with the additional requirement to take a standardized examination (AC Exam as given by the American Institute of Constructors & Construction Certification Commission).
