The MJEL Admissions Committee seeks applicants who want in-depth knowledge of energy, natural resources and environmental law to further their careers and to make the world a better place.
MJEL students are working professionals looking to enhance their career opportunities, recent graduates seeking an advantage in a competitive job market, and lawyers seeking specialization. Since the MJEL provides its graduates with a unique advantage by focusing on the law, the students in the MJEL program are diverse. Student ages range from traditional undergraduates to mid-career professionals, lawyers and professors. MJEL applicants must have obtained a Bachelor's degree prior to the start MJEL classes. The GRE or any other entrance examination is not required.
