We are seeking smart, motivated, compassionate people with proven undergraduate academic track records who want to work with persons with disabilities. We are committed to diversity in our student population and greatly value the unique perspectives our students bring to the program. Because of the rigor of our program, our new graduates are very successful. Nearly 100% pass national licensing exams on the first try. Almost all obtain jobs within a few months of graduation as well. Complete a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution. (We recommend an undergraduate major in the behavioral sciences, such as gerontology, psychology, sociology, or rehabilitation. Education and business administration majors are also acceptable.)
Demonstrate proficiency in basic statistics.
Earn a recommended GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in science and overall.
