USC School of Social Work Department of Nursing
Nursing@USC is the Master of Science in Nursing program from the University of Southern California School of Social Work with the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as the first advanced practice specialization. Designed for registered nurses who hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of clinical experience, the program prepares family nurse practitioners to treat physical and behavioral health, address social and environmental factors, and lead positive social change.

To apply to the Nursing@USC program, you must meet these requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college or university
At least a 3.0 grade point average in your BSN program
Completion of a 3-credit course in statistics (with a grade of C or better)
Must be a U.S.-licensed registered nurse (RN)
One year of clinical experience
