Summary

Our goal is to develop tomorrow’s leaders. The best preparation for the program is having a real-world experience in company or professional organization. This may include an internship, co-op, work study or other employment.

Majors from any undergraduate discipline will find the ETL program beneficial in building and strengthening their leadership, decision making, operations, management, and training skills.
Interested students should have completed a bachelor's degree in any subject.
