The aim of the Master in Customer Experience and Innovation (MCXI) is to train innovative professionals in order to analyze, design, test and optimize the experience of consumers, and help them create seamless and synchronised experiences across products, services, organizations and businesses.
The MCXI takes a close look at human-centered design, and how to find innovative ways to deliver value to the customers, and it is comprised of four pillars: Business, Technology, Human-centered Design, and transversal INNOLABS. The program’s hands-on, transversal skill building Innolabs will allow you to work in areas like creative process, adaptive leadership, prototyping, design thinking, and insights, gathering a set of competences key for your professional career.
